If you provide images to the RightsBlog.org, you may want to consider avoiding uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

However, if RightsBlog.org ceases to function, and the RightsBlog.org domain is no longer owned or controlled by current management or a successor organization, we will retain your data only for as long as legally necessary, unless permission has been granted by you to share your data with parties affiliated with RightsBlog.org after dissolution of RightsBlog.org.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an electronic file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
